As part of INDISTRY TV’s Terms of Services Agreement, you agree to our Submission Guidelines when submitting any User Content for review and distribution. User Content includes, but not limited to, still photographs, writings, music, audio, video, video recordings, audio-visual works and recordings, animated and/or motion pictures, vocal or other sounds, sound recordings, voice reproductions, computer graphics and visual effects, as well as any accompanying documentation that you supply to us.
You agree that your User Content is accurate and complete. You also agree that:
You own this content. This means that you have created this content, or have received permission from, or are authorized by, the owner of any part of the content to submit it to us. You must obtain consent and a release from any person (or legal guardians of any persons) featured in your User Content before submitting, with full knowledge of the submission and that we will use the content in a manner we think is appropriate.
You certify that you are at least 13 years of age. By submitting User Content you are certifying that you satisfy the age and other eligibility requirements set forth in our Terms of Services Agreement. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any content to us. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may submit content only with the permission of, and under the supervision of, a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these rules for the benefit of an individual between the ages of 13 and 18, please be advised that you are fully responsible for his or her submissions and any legal liability that he or she may incur.
For any content that you submit, you give us permission to use such content. You grant INDISTRY a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, exclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit such content, in whole or in part in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.
You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any user submitted content. You acknowledge and agree that when you submit User Content, you are doing so at your own discretion and risk, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, of this content. You also acknowledge and agree that the views expressed by you and others in this content do not necessarily reflect the views of INDISTRY TV, and we do not support or endorse any User Content. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, review, or accept any content provided by you and other users to us.
Your User Content does not contain harmful materials that harm our sites or services. This includes viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, spiders, or other passive collection mechanisms.
You agree not to submit inappropriate content. Inappropriate content includes any content that:
- infringes upon or violates the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any person
- is libelous or defamatory
- is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or vulgar
- violates a person’s right to privacy
- degrades others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other classification
- is predatory, hateful, or intended to intimidate or harass
We may change our terms and conditions at any time. If you continue to use our site after we have made any changes, you agree to be bound by those changes. If you do not accept these changes, you must stop submitting content to our site.
